Step 1 – Chop a frozen banana, frozen strawberries, mixed berries, and a kiwi

Step 2 – Blend above with a cup of unsweetened almond milk & 2 twigs of Multiflora Honey Twigs!

Step 3 – Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds

Step 1 – Mix 1 twig of Litchi Honey Twigs with a tablespoon each of orange juice, lime juice, mustard, Vinaigrette, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of avocado oil

Step 2 – Toss this with watermelon, cucumber, red onion and mint leaves for the perfect medley of sweet and savoury
